Wissahickon Valley Park Engagement: Jess & Caleb

Jess and Caleb met in college, as they were both studying engineering and ended up in the same group of friends. By sophomore year they were interested in each other, but finding it difficult to verbalize their feelings. Finally, on a late night walk, Caleb found the words to tell Jess that he was into her. Several years later, Caleb planned a weekend of activities to show Jess how much he loved her, culminating in a sunset hike where he asked her if she'd do him the honor of becoming his wife. She, of course, said yes, and they're now planning a wedding in her New Jersey hometown.

These two met with me bright and early, just as the sun was rising over the trees. It was a magical session, with a friendly kitty who followed us around, open meadows, and beautiful sunlight. Jess and Caleb love to laugh together and have this tender way of looking at one another. I love when I can tell how much a couple cares for one another simply by the way the look at each other, and these two definitely have that.
